Logos and Visual Identity Systems
Brand marks, standard colors, typography, supporting graphics, layout principles and basic application guidelines.
DESIGN OUTSOURCING
High-quality design requires an understanding of the brand, business, channels and production constraints. MAIYI ALLIANCE defines visual principles and review procedures before a project begins, then manages dimensions, versions and source files during delivery to help reduce style drift, repeated communication and last-minute rework.
SERVICE SCOPE
Real usage contexts guide design that can be delivered, produced and extended over time.
Brand marks, standard colors, typography, supporting graphics, layout principles and basic application guidelines.
Key visuals for launches, holidays, events, partner recruitment and campaign themes, adapted to multiple channel sizes.
Product packaging, range-wide design rules, product modeling, retouching, e-commerce product pages and sales materials.
Company profiles, partner and investor presentations, white papers, culture handbooks, long-form WeChat visuals and information visualization.
Coordinated visual design for exhibitions, launches, conferences, stores and offline events.
Websites, mini programs, dashboards, social media templates and reusable design components for teams.
WORKFLOW
Each stage has clear responsibilities and reviewable outputs to reduce communication and rework costs.
Collect brand guidelines, reference preferences, usage contexts and production requirements, then define success criteria.
Use representative pages or a key visual to confirm the creative direction, layout, colors and image language before scaling production.
After the direction is approved, adapt designs for multiple specifications, contexts and production needs.
Deliver approved versions, source files, and font and asset notes. For ongoing projects, update templates and the asset library too.
COMMON QUESTIONS
A traditional project usually addresses a one-off deliverable. Design outsourcing places greater emphasis on ongoing capacity, consistent standards, version control and collaboration with internal teams.
Yes. We first derive a minimum usable set of visual principles from your existing materials, then fill out the brand identity system gradually where needed.
We can first assess the workload and production conditions. Urgent projects are divided into priorities with clear review milestones, so speed does not come at the expense of usability.
Editable source files, linked assets and necessary notes are delivered as agreed in the contract. Fonts, images and models subject to third-party licenses are identified separately.
Project-based purchasing works when the deliverable list and stage objectives are clear. Monthly capacity may suit recurring posters, long-form visuals, presentations or social media materials. Annual collaboration also needs agreement on scope, scheduling, review and handover. Review the frequency, complexity and peak demand of actual tasks before choosing a model. Monthly or annual arrangements do not mean unlimited output; confirm separately whether highly creative work, 3D, video or unexpected rush tasks are included.
A complex long-form visual, an event key visual and a simple size adaptation require different amounts of work. Compare quotes using the same creative and adaptation scope, sizes and languages, complexity, revision rounds, asset production, licensing, source files and scheduling requirements. Monthly agreements should also define standard task capacity, concurrency limits, excess work, rush requests and unused capacity. Actual fees depend on the checklist agreed by both parties.
Choose a real task that represents the main level of difficulty, provide the same materials to each candidate, and agree on trial scope, fees and usage rights before comparing brand understanding, information accuracy, visual consistency, communication and handover completeness. Verify capability through relevant cases, actual responsibilities, process and original deliverables. MAIYI ALLIANCE's public design vendor scorecard can support comparison; its scores are not an independent ranking or a guarantee of results.
Agree on brand rules, core information and real application contexts before starting. Then check copy and product facts, information hierarchy, font and color consistency, dimensions and resolution, screen or print output, and file completeness. Evaluate logos, VIS, key visuals, packaging and everyday materials against their respective tasks, not a single mockup. Record quality issues, requirement changes and new scope separately.
Confirm purpose, copy, dimensions, reference direction and ownership in the brief. Approve the core direction before extending it to batches of materials. Designate one person to consolidate feedback and record versions, changes and priorities. Distinguish receipt of a request, the start of work and final delivery. Less rework depends on complete materials and coordinated review; rush or monthly arrangements do not mean that every task can be completed immediately.
Before collaboration, define participating roles, confidentiality scope, disclosure of clients or work, file permissions and delivery responsibilities. Public case use requires appropriate authorization. The handover checklist should include approved versions, editable source files, linked assets, font and image usage notes, software versions, naming conventions, folders and necessary templates. At the end of collaboration, reconcile the task log and agreed materials transfer. Rights to source files and third-party assets are subject to agreement between the parties.
Consistent visual guidelines, information hierarchy and reusable templates support more consistent brand content production and publication. For communication and discovery, connect design assets with the brand knowledge base, website, content matrix and visibility work in MAIYI ALLIANCE's AI Brand Growth System. Design delivery alone does not mean indexing, AI recommendations or customer acquisition. Track design quality, publication, search discovery, AI citations and business-confirmed inquiries separately, without promising a fixed speed or amount of growth.
Prepare the target market and language, brand guidelines, approved copy, dimensions and production requirements, asset licenses, reviewer, time zone, schedule and budget range. Test language length, readability and local production conditions in a representative application before extending other versions. MAIYI ALLIANCE's English service descriptions support initial discussions, but actual languages, regions, on-site arrangements and delivery scope must be agreed per project. One English page does not establish global capability.
